A culinary experience

Indulge in a delightful fusion of Basque flavours, reminiscent of comforting stews and the nostalgic feeling of being at home. Our menu is carefully selected to strike a perfect balance, showcasing the richness of legumes, meats, and every little detail. Starting from July the 1st, you can savour this gastronomic experience on all our flights departing from Mexico City. World Business Class menu

Travel in style – fly Business Class. More privacy, comfort, and full attention from our cabin crew. Indulge in the flavours of our World Business Class menu:

- Crab gratin with termidor sauce, mature cheese cream and fried artichokes.

- Chicken breast at low temperature with walnut crust, poblano cream sauce, sautéed mushrooms and roasted sweet potato.

- Vegetable lasagna, carrot and fennel puree, sautéed tomato with jicama and hummus.

- Escalivada of vegetables over sautéed lentils, with broccoli, potato and walnut fritters.

Premium Comfort menu

Looking for a little more choice, convenience, and comfort? Go on a culinary journey with our Premium Comfort menu:

- Breast stuffed with chicken with apple and plum, cream of mushrooms, curried cauliflower and butter gnocchi.

-Artichoke and ricotta ravioli with leek and pumpkin cream, roasted Japanese peas and sautéed jicama* Vegetarian dish.

About Chef Mikel Alonso

Mikel Alonso, born French, of Spanish origin, with Basque roots and Mexican by conviction, gained global acclaim with Biko restaurant, ranked among "The World's 50 Best Restaurants". He serves as Consulting Chef at Cocina de Autor in Riviera Maya's 5-diamond AAA awarded Velas Resort. His recent ventures include Alaia in south CDMX and The Culinary Institute at Southwest University in El Paso. With a multifaceted career spanning over 20 years, Mikel excels as a chef, entrepreneur, TV host, judge, philanthropist, speaker, advisor, and teacher. Mikel gained global recognition for Biko restaurant, featured on the "World's 50 Best Restaurants" list for 10 years. He was recently awarded with a Michelin star.
